Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company, based in Atlanta, is seeking a Senior Manager to join its Corporate Tax Department’s Transfer Pricing team. The role focuses on transfer pricing and international tax, supporting cross-border planning, controversy, and global reporting initiatives.

The successful candidate will partner with finance and business leadership, develop quantitative models, and help shape transfer pricing policy, audits, APAs/MAP, and global tax transparency efforts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in transfer pricing and/or international tax at a Big Four/accounting firm, law firm, or large multinational.
• Practical knowledge of economic transfer pricing principles, U.S. transfer pricing regulations, and OECD guidelines.
• Ability to identify and solve complex transfer pricing and cross-border tax issues.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of the company’s transfer pricing strategy.
• Assist in identifying cross-border tax issues and their impact on the company.
• Design and evaluate tax planning ideas and their cash tax/ETR impact.
