The Coca-Cola Company, based in Atlanta, seeks a Senior Manager in International Tax to lead transfer pricing and related international tax matters. You will support cross-border planning, APAs/MAP, and global reporting, collaborating with finance and business leaders on complex cross-border issues.

Qualified candidates have 4+ years in transfer pricing or international tax, with a Bachelor's degree and preferred advanced credentials.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent.
• Advanced degree or professional qualification (e.g., MBA, Master’s in Taxation, CPA, ACA/ACCA, or J.D.) preferred.
• Experience with audits, APAs, or MAP is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to transfer pricing strategy implementation and monitoring.
• Assist in cross-border tax planning and evaluation of impact on cash tax and ETR.
• Support global transfer pricing policies, data requests, and compliance submissions.
• Prepare and review transfer pricing calculations for audits and reporting.
• Develop and review global transfer pricing documentation (local files, master file, benchmarking).
