Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in transfer pricing and international tax, with a strong technical background, and a track record in audits, APAs, or MAP.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of transfer pricing and international tax experience in a Big Four, consulting, law firm or multinational.
• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent. MBA/CPA/LL.M. preferred.
• Knowledge of economic transfer pricing principles, U.S. transfer pricing regulations and OECD guidelines.
• Proven ability to solve complex cross-border tax issues and participate in audits, APAs or MAP.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the company’s transfer pricing strategy in line with global objectives and compliance.
• Identify international cross-border tax issues and assess their impact on the company.
• Design and evaluate tax planning ideas, and assess cash tax and ETR impact.
• Support global transfer pricing policies and data-driven analyses for controversy and compliance.
• Develop and review transfer pricing models and documentation (local files, master file, benchmarking).
• Collaborate with Tax Technology to automate processes and handle data requests.
