Job summary

Packard Culligan Water is seeking a Director of Finance to lead our finance and accounting teams across multi-site operations. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, while partnering with executive leadership to drive data-driven decisions and improve processes.

The role requires strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, ERP systems, and multi-state tax considerations, with a focus on internal controls and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance and accounting.
• Minimum 5 years’ progressive management of finance teams.
• Experience with multi-state tax and audits.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and modeling skills.
• ERP and GL expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
• Oversee month-end close, GL, AP/AR, cash flow.
• Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
• Drive ERP data integrity and reporting.
