Formación

• B.S. degree with 10+ years in the industry.
• Strong oncology experience is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract management software.
• Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical contract types and budget negotiation.
• Global experience with FDA regulations and ICH guidelines.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Global Site Contracts to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will oversee the end-to-end management of high-volume clinical site contract agreements, ensuring terms are executed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with organizational policies and best practices. The position plays a key part in supporting global clinical operations by negotiating site agreements and budgets with investigator sites and driving improvements across contract management processes. Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and external research partners will be essential to keep contracts and budgets moving on schedule.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $189,000 annually
