Job summary

newcleo is seeking a Senior Manager, SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting to lead SEC filings and ensure IFRS and U.S. GAAP compliance as the company transitions to a U.S.-listed public entity.

You will work with finance, external auditors, and senior stakeholders across regions to build robust reporting processes and maintain strong controls while supporting the group’s global expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification required and highly preferred.
• 7+ years of professional accounting experience.
• Strong experience with SEC reporting, IFRS, and U.S. GAAP.
• Experience preparing or reviewing complex financial reporting disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and coordination of SEC reporting requirements (20-F, 6-K, etc.).
• Support financial disclosures, including MD&A, with accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure completeness and regulatory compliance of filings.
• Improve reporting processes and tools, including XBRL-related tasks.
• Research SEC rules and assess impact on financial statements and disclosures.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors during cycles.
