As the Senior Manager, Global Product Management, each day begins with reviewing the latest customer, market, payer, competitive, and clinical insights. You will take feedback from customers, field teams and research, and synthesize it to shape and communicate the product vision and roadmap for the quality controls portfolio. Throughout the week you will meet with cross‑functional core teams focused on coordinating new product development, where you will provide leadership and insights to create and update business cases and market assessments, inform potential trade‑off scenarios, and prepare for commercial launch readiness. Your execution of cross‑functional planning (forecasts, pricing, product training, enablement content and go‑to‑market plays) ensures that launches or major updates land with clear value propositions.
Location: This position must be based in Irvine, CA and is hybrid in office Tuesday‑Thursday, which requires the employee to be located within commuting distance of the office.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $157,400 - $216,400 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job‑permitted factors. This position is also eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
