Bio-Rad Laboratories in Irvine, CA is seeking a Senior Manager, Informatics to lead reliability, security, and scalability of Quality System Informatics. In this hybrid role, you’ll shape roadmap, drive standards for SSO, cybersecurity, and shared services, and partner with engineering, security, and support to deliver high-quality releases.
You will own the product vision, articulate tradeoffs, and communicate effectively with executives.
As the Senior Manager, Informatics, you will lead the charge to improve the reliability, security, and scalability of Bio‑Rad’s Quality System Informatics. You’ll set the roadmap for foundational capabilities—connectivity, identity (SSO), accessibility, cybersecurity, and core shared services—and take ownership of the standards and operational readiness that make upgrades and migrations smoother for existing customers. Partnering closely with engineering, architecture, security, quality, services, and support teams, you’ll align priorities, communicate key customer needs, remove blockers, and drive high‑quality releases that strengthen customer trust and make Informatics products easier to deploy and operate at scale.
This position must be based in Irvine, CA and is hybrid in office Tuesday‑Thursday, requiring the employee to be located within commuting distance of the office.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $157,400 - $216,400 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job‑permitted factors. This position is also eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and company performance.
