Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in drug safety, strong MedDRA/WHO dictionary knowledge, and comfort working in a fast-paced CRO environment with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in drug safety or pharmacovigilance with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of GVP, FDA requirements and ISO standards.
• Experience with safety databases and MedDRA/WHO dictionaries.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead global post-marketing case processing from intake to closure.
• Develop and own pharmacovigilance workflows and procedures.
• Establish quality review frameworks for case processing.
• Ensure compliance with GVP, FDA, and company SOPs.
• Mentor staff and manage client meetings and CRMs.
• Interact with clients and SMEs; drive process improvements.
• Understand US REMS requirements and pharmacovigilance integration.
