Amgen is seeking a Global Patient Safety Business Excellence Sr Manager to lead business excellence initiatives across GPS, shaping governance, program management, and regulatory readiness.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive improvements, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance in a global, fast-paced environment. A strong background in pharmacovigilance and change management is essential.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or equivalent in a relevant field with progressive experience in Safety Project Management.
• Masters degree plus 4+ years in Safety PM or PMP equivalent is preferred.
• Bachelors degree plus 6+ years in Safety PM or related field.
• Associates degree plus 10+ years in Safety PM may be considered.
• High school diploma with 12+ years of Safety PM experience accepted as alternative.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of project management standards across Global Patient Safety.
• Drive GPS governance frameworks and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee strategic GPS initiatives and represent GPS in enterprise programs.
• Provide oversight for pharmacovigilance activities related to mergers, acquisitions, licensing, and divestitures.
• Contribute to GPS Quality Management System and inspection readiness.
