DataDirect Networks is seeking a high-caliber Manager, Business Operations to join its Business Operations & Strategy team. This role is high-visibility and centers on critical strategic, operational, and corporate development initiatives.

The successful candidate will partner with senior leadership across mission-critical workstreams, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Background in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy or similar strategic role.
• Experience in high-growth technology companies, preferably infrastructure, enterprise software, AI or HPC.
• Experience supporting or leading corporate development initiatives including M&A research, due diligence and integration.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI infrastructure, cloud computing or data storage markets is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional operational programs from scoping through execution, ensuring milestones, ownership, and outcomes.
• Design and implement scalable business processes across Go-to-Market, Finance, Product and People functions.
• Build and maintain operating cadences (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and dashboard infrastructure.
• Prepare executive and board-level materials, including briefings and performance reviews.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend prioritized solutions, tracking execution and impact.
• Serve as a key connector across functions to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.
• Support mergers & acquisitions research, strategic partnerships, and investment opportunities.
• Develop market maps and target-screening frameworks across addressable markets.
• Support post-merger integration planning and synergy tracking.
• Prepare deal-related materials including executive summaries and diligence packages.
• Maintain competitive intelligence and contribute to strategic planning.
