Job summary

Paramount Group is seeking a Media Operations Senior Manager to join the Editorial Post Production Operations (EPPO) Media Management & Archives team within Production Technology and Operations. Based in LA, you’ll own media infrastructure, access, and workflow decisions supporting high-volume, multi-brand production across Paramount's global ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in media management or post-production operations.
• Experience with storage systems and access provisioning.
• Proficient in editorial workflows and editing tools.
• Experience with cloud storage and enterprise file transfer systems.
• Strong cross-functional communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own storage and archive strategy for on-prem and cloud.
• Provision, audit, and secure access to media environments.
• Set up and support live and near-live production and streaming workflows.
• Coordinate media transfers with internal teams and vendors.
• Manage vendor relationships and provide guidance on tools.
• Lead a team of media coordinators and coordinate with stakeholders.
