Faire, based in San Francisco, is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Equity to own and evolve our worldwide equity programs. As a Senior Manager, Global Equity, you will own and continue to evolve Faire’s global equity programs, building on an existing foundation while enhancing the structure, rigor, and scalability required to support public company readiness. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings strong judgment, and wants to shape how equity operates with true end-to-end ownership.
San Francisco: the pay range for this role is $184,000 to $253,000 per year.
This role is open to candidates based in our San Francisco office or working remotely within the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone.
Hybrid Faire employees currently go into the office 3 days per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and a third flex day of their choosing (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday). Additionally, hybrid in-office roles will have the flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks per year. Specific Workplace and Information Technology positions may require onsite attendance 5 days per week as will be indicated in the job posting.
