Christian Reformed Church In North America Foundation seeks a Senior Manager of Advancement to lead Resonate Global Mission’s donor relations and major donor fundraising efforts. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field is required.
• Advanced experience in fundraising is required; experience in a nonprofit setting is preferred.
• Intermediate experience in managing teams as a direct supervisor.
• Certificated Fundraising Executive or related accreditation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the donor relations team through hiring, onboarding, training, goal-setting, management, and performance recognition.
• Set annual goals, plans, and strategies for staff around donor development and revenue generation.
• Grow major donor portfolio via regular communication and in-person visits.
• Identify and develop relationships with prospective new major donors.
• Develop a donor portfolio strategy personalized to donors’ capacities and interests.
• Collaborate with departments on proposals and presenting to donors.
• Ensure reporting to donors including impact reports and invitations to visits.
• Promote planned giving opportunities with assigned donors.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records of donor visits and interactions.
• Work with leadership teams to align revenue goals and budget.
• Coordinate with communications on fundraising messaging strategies.
• Partner with program teams to develop fundraising campaigns.
• Work with Resonate Director on revenue and mission advancement.
