Job summary

Resonate Global Mission seeks a Senior Manager of Advancement to lead the donor relations team, guide strategies, and grow major donor revenue. The role is hybrid, full-time (36 hours/week), with a competitive benefits package and four weeks of vacation.

The position requires a proven fundraising track record, strategic leadership, and collaboration across departments to advance Resonate’s mission in North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field is required.
• Advanced experience in fundraising is required; experience in a nonprofit setting is preferred.
• Intermediate experience in managing teams as a direct supervisor.
• Certificated Fundraising Executive or related accreditation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the donor relations team through hiring, onboarding, training, goal-setting, management, and recognition.
• Set goals, plans, and KPIs for staff around donor development and revenue generation.
• Maintain and grow the portfolio of major donors with regular communication and in-person visits.
• Identify prospective major donors and initiate communication with in-person visits.
• Develop personalized donor strategies aligned with revenue goals.
• Collaborate on proposal development and presenting to donors.
• Ensure reporting to donors with impact reports and ministry visits invitations.
