Deloitte Global is leading the Data & AI Policies & Enablement initiative, shaping enterprise data and AI governance for the entire Deloitte network. This Senior Manager role drives policy development, risk monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration to embed governance into operations.

The role requires deep expertise in data policy, regulatory compliance, and the ability to translate complex guidelines into actionable controls across global teams.

Qualifications

• Six to Ten years of experience in data and AI governance, data policy development, and risk monitoring.
• Strong understanding of data and AI policies, risk frameworks and regulatory environment (GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC2, NIST, EU AI Act).
• Experience implementing risk and compliance processes at scale in global or federated orgs.
• Familiarity with governance tools, cloud data platforms, and governance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Identify requirements for policy definitions aligning with internal security standards and external frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC2, NIST, EU AI Act).
• Develop and maintain global data and AI policies, standards, and policy frameworks across the enterprise.
• Bridge policy and execution to embed governance into day-to-day operations and risk management.
