Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Senior Manager, CAM Air Strategy and Operations to lead the global Crew Air operation, ensuring safe, reliable travel for shipboard employees across brands. You will oversee teams in Miami and Manila and partner with CAM leadership to evolve processes and a scalable operating model.

The role focuses on analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement to balance cost efficiency, workforce productivity, and crew experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Operations, Hospitality, Aviation, Travel, or related field.
• Progressive leadership experience managing complex operational teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data and drive improvements.
• Demonstrated experience leading leaders in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead through change and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day Crew Air operation, ensuring continuity and service excellence.
• Monitor performance and ensure service levels and KPIs are met.
