Atlantic Group is hiring a Accounting Senior Manager in Wayne, PA to lead monthly and quarterly consolidations for domestic and international entities, oversee close processes, and drive improvements in financial reporting systems.

The role requires 8–12 years of accounting experience with strong US GAAP knowledge, CPA preferred, and proven leadership. This position offers hybrid work arrangements and exposure to executive leadership on strategic finance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance is required.
• CPA designation is preferred.
• 8–12 years of progressive accounting experience including corporate consolidations and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP; IFRS/multinational consolidations preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel; SAP/HFM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and quarterly consolidation for multiple domestic and international entities, including eliminations and reporting.
• Oversee month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger accuracy.
• Lead consolidation system implementation and optimization, improving processes and internal controls.
• Support internal and external financial reporting, coordinate audits, ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage and mentor corporate accounting staff, promote collaboration and process improvements.
• Partner with executives on forecasting and strategic finance initiatives.
