$125,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Manager – Consolidations to lead our global consolidation process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting. This role will manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles for consolidated financial statements, coordinate with domestic and international accounting teams, and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal reporting standards. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in consolidation accounting, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive process improvements in a complex, multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the monthly and quarterly consolidation process for multiple entities, including elimination entries, foreign currency translation, and intercompany reconciliations.
  • Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and company policies.
  • Collaborate with regional and business unit accounting teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Manage the financial close calendar, ensuring deadlines are met for internal and external reporting requirements.
  • Perform technical accounting research related to consolidations, foreign currency, and intercompany transactions.
  • Partner with FP&A, Tax, and Treasury teams to ensure alignment of financial results and analysis.
  • Lead system improvements and automation initiatives for consolidation and reporting processes.
  • Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for audit requests and external reporting.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performance accounting culture.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.
  • 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a consolidations or corporate accounting management role.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP and consolidation principles; IFRS experience a plus.
  • Experience with large-scale ERP and consolidation systems (e.g., Oracle FCCS, SAP BPC, OneStream, Hyperion).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
