Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, digital strategy, or technology strategy.
• Experience in GEO and Search.
• Experience in digital transformation, customer experience, or platform initiatives.
• Understanding of digital platforms, partner ecosystems, and API integrations.
• Experience with AI-driven customer experiences and conversational interfaces.
• Knowledge of content strategy or product experience optimization.
• Experience collaborating with engineering leadership on AI-readiness on roadmaps.
• Proven ability to lead complex programs and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead GEO strategy and performance management across multiple clients for AI-driven search experiences.
• Build GEO roadmaps aligned to brand and business goals with short-term and long-term visibility.
• Develop repeatable testing frameworks to evaluate LLM visibility and brand inclusion.
• Identify opportunities to improve AI discoverability through structured content and technical SEO alignment.
• Collaborate with content strategists to create LLM-friendly, citation-worthy content.
• Audit client sites to uncover gaps impacting generative performance.
• Translate findings into actionable client insights and executive dashboards.
