Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, digital strategy, or technology strategy
• Experience in GEO and Search
• Experience with digital transformation, customer experience, or platform initiatives
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, partner ecosystems, and API-based integrations
• Experience with AI-driven customer experiences, conversational interfaces, or emerging digital ecosystem trends
• Knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, or product experience optimization
• Experience collaborating with engineering leadership to prioritize AI-readiness initiatives
• Proven ability to lead complex programs and manage cross-functional teams

Responsabilités

• Own and manage GEO performance across multiple clients, ensuring visibility growth in AI-driven search experiences (ChatGPT, Perplexity)
• Build and execute GEO roadmaps aligned to brand and business goals
• Develop repeatable testing frameworks to evaluate LLM visibility, citations, and brand inclusion
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve AI discoverability
• Structure content improvements, technical SEO alignment, and schema or structured data recommendations
• Collaborate with content strategists and writers to create LLM-friendly content
• Audit client sites and digital ecosystems to uncover gaps impacting generative performance
• Track and report GEO success metrics and translate findings into client insights
• Create executive dashboards and summaries to communicate GEO wins and next steps
• Lead client workshops and manage multi-disciplinary teams across strategy, technology, design, and analytics
• Shape Accenture Song capabilities at the intersection of AI, digital ecosystems, and consumer goods & retail
