Job summary

The American Cancer Society seeks a dynamic fundraising professional to lead strategy, planning and execution of a $400,000+ event portfolio in the Phoenix area. You will drive revenue through donor, sponsor and volunteer leadership engagement while delivering high-quality events.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of fundraising experience. Travel varies; evenings and weekends may be required to meet portfolio needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
2 years successful fundraising and relationship development experience.
Experience driving revenue through donor engagement and partnerships.

Responsibilities

Builds relationships with donors, sponsors, volunteers, and partners to hit revenue goals.
Leads planning and execution of event fundraising activities, including logistics, budgets and vendor coordination.
Develops strategies to grow revenue, participation, and donor pipeline within portfolio.
Aligns participants and partners with broader engagement opportunities to deepen impact.
Monitors performance against goals and adjusts strategies to optimize ROI.
Coordinates cross-functional partners to ensure event delivery and brand alignment.
