IQ-EQ, a global investor services group, seeks an experienced accounting professional with 8+ years in private equity or related fields. You will manage complex financial components, prepare financial statements, and coordinate with auditors, while mentoring junior staff.

A Bachelor’s in Accounting is required, with strong proficiency in Investran, QuickBooks, and Excel. This role offers a hybrid schedule in the Texas market.

Competenze

• 8+ years of progressive experience in private equity, public accounting, or a combination of alternative asset investment and public accounting roles.
• Experience with Private Credit clients required.
• Strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in accounting and administration for alternative investment funds.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Consistent delivery of high-quality, detail-oriented work under tight deadlines; exceptional client service.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Investran; effective communication in professional environments.

You will be working directly with leading private equity and hedge fund firms in the alternative asset industry under the guidance and direction from our experienced team of industry veterans. You will be facilitating our service offering by assisting, performing, and reviewing the following:

• The salary for this position will be dependent on experience and location ($100,000 - $135,000)
