You will lead teams with Java, Scala, Python, Go, Node.js, TypeScript, Docker, Kubernetes and AWS, delivering cloud-based solutions that meet regulatory needs and support financial empowerment for millions of customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 6 years of software engineering experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or virtualization technologies.
• At least 3 years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers with deep experience in distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
• Mentor engineers, stay updated on tech trends, and contribute to code when needed.
• Collaborate with product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions for millions of users.
• Define multi-year technology roadmaps and align with enterprise goals.
