Job summary

TechDoQuest is seeking a Manager, Full Stack Development to provide strategic leadership across multiple engineering teams delivering complex, highly available distributed systems on AWS using Go, Python, and Node.js on Kubernetes platforms such as EKS and OpenShift.

You will own the engineering practice at the program or account level, combining technical authority with leadership, stakeholder engagement, and talent strategy for delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 10–12 years in software engineering with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Expert Go and Python; strong Node.js in polyglot environments.
• Deep AWS architecture experience, including EKS and OpenShift.
• Experience automating with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic engineering leadership across multiple full‑stack teams.
• Own architectural vision and technical roadmap for distributed systems on AWS.
• Define engineering standards, patterns, and quality benchmarks.
• Lead AWS infrastructure strategy, cost optimization, and security governance.
• Drive CI/CD and IaC automation; mentor senior engineers.
• Manage workforce planning, hiring strategy, and talent development.
• Partner with clients and executives to shape proposals and scope.
• Establish AI-assisted development strategy and governance.
• Oversee delivery commitments, risk, and client satisfaction.
