• MBA or other advanced degree (preferred)
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance, including FP&A and financial management roles

• Demonstrated ability to partner with executive leaders and influence strategic decisions
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills

Job Overview

The Senior Manager, FP&A plays a critical leadership role in shaping the financial strategy and performance of the US DePuy Synthes business. This role partners closely with Business Unit Finance leadership to drive financial planning, forecasting, and decision support across the US business.. The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$122,000.00 - $212,750.00

Additional Description For Pay Transparency

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
