Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• MBA and/or CPA is a plus.
• 8–10 years of experience with at least 2 years in financial management roles.
• Experience in a senior finance role partnering with operations at multiple levels.
• Experience implementing financial management strategies.
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
• Experience with ERP, Hyperion or OneStream.
• Manufacturing or related industry experience.

Harmer Associates has partnered with a privately held transport company seeking to hire for position of Senior Manager, FP&A.

• Location: Lafayette, Louisiana (relocation assistance available)
• Work Model: Onsite

This is a critical role for the organization responsible for leading business and operational FP&A for the business unit. This role owns end-to-end budgeting process as primary focus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• MBA and/or CPA considered a plus
• 8-10 years of experience with minimum 2 years in key financial management roles
• Experience in a senior level finance role, partnering with operations management at multiple levels
• Experience implementing financial management strategies
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles
• Experience in finance and accounting systems (e.g. ERP, Hyperion, OneStream)
• Manufacturing or similar type industry experience
