The ideal candidate has 8+ years in color design, 2+ years of people management, and fluency with Photoshop, Illustrator and CAD on macOS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent education
• 8+ years color design experience
• 2+ years people management
• Proficient in Photoshop/Illustrator/FreeHand
• CAD knowledge, Mac environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of consumer culture and color trends
