Job summary

Nike Inc. seeks a Design Director of Apparel Product Design for Jordan FBAT+Golf to lead a high-impact team shaping future apparel concepts.

You’ll work with product directors, the Footwear Design Director, color and graphics teams, and external partners to craft a cohesive, performance-driven vision that elevates the Jordan FBAT+Golf line. You will translate athlete insights and cultural signals into innovative designs, mentor teammates, and drive concepts from ideation through execution,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Design or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience designing and developing innovative apparel.
• Strong knowledge of form, color and materials.
• Proven ability to translate consumer insights into product concepts.
• Experience in technical apparel design; basketball design is a plus.
• Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator; capable of 2D tech packs.
• Ability to lead and mentor design teammates.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive design direction for FBAT+Golf Apparel.
• Lead design team from concept through execution.
• Collaborate with Sr. Product Director and external partners.
• Present visions to diverse audiences and maintain high standards and timelines.
• Travel with Jordan athletes as needed.
