Role Purpose
As Senior Manager, Food and beverage, you will help deliver the food and beverage experience across a cluster of venues for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Partnering with Event Management and the wider food and beverage team, you will shape the operational plans, standards, and service that athletes, workers, and fans depend on. This is hands‑on delivery work in an evolving, high‑standards environment,establishingrepeatable operations and strong teammaterelationshipsso every venue consistently serves the Games well.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Event Management cluster of venues on all food and beverage operational needs and planning.
Partner with the food and beverage team to plan and deliver the operational itemsrequiredfor the Games.
Establish repeatable operating standards and consistent service levels across all venues in the cluster.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to keep food and beverage delivery on schedule and on standard.
Build and support strong teammate relationships that keep venue food and beverage operations running smoothly.
7+ years of experience in food and beverage operations, including venue, stadium, or major live-event environments and settings.
Proven ability to run multi-site or multi-venue food and beverage operations reliably, safely, and atsignificantscale.
Strong operational planning skills to set standards, service levels, and staffing consistently across multiple concurrent venue teams.
Effective collaboration with vendors, event management partners, and other cross‑functional delivery teams throughout the full Games program.
Clear, team‑first communication that builds trust and keeps teammates aligned, informed, and motivated through demanding operations.
Food and beverage experience in a venue environment.
Experience delivering food and beverage at large‑scale or live events.
Familiarity with vendor andconcessionsmanagement.
A collaborative, teammate‑first approach to operations.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
Available to work onsite in our Downtown Los Angeles-based office.
The majority ofwork will be conducted in an office setting, requiring extended periods of time using computers, phones, and other office equipment.
The LA28 office is an open floorplan working environment; employees must be able to work efficiently in an open cubicle environment.
Hours of work may vary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during peak event periods.
Perform other duties asrequired; the role will evolve over time and may include operational responsibilities during the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Compensation
The annual base salary range for this position is $105,000 - $130,000. The pay scaleprovidedis the range that LA28reasonably expectsto pay as starting base compensation for this role. All LA28 compensationremainssubject to final determination based on individual candidate qualifications, experience, or other reasonable criteria consistent with LA28's operational business needs and applicable law.
