Job summary

PBF Energy is seeking a Manager, Fixed Equipment Reliability to lead the refinery’s fixed equipment engineering, corrosion and materials engineering, and reliability functions. You will guide the team, drive integrity programs, and coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, and Inspection to optimize equipment performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least seven years in related fields, with proven supervisory experience and strong communication skills.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills as demonstrated by supervisory experience.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work across Operations, Maintenance, Inspection, Engineering, Turnarounds, Capital Projects, and refinery leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead fixed equipment engineering, corrosion and materials engineering, reliability engineering teams.
• Develop staffing strategies; participate in recruiting and onboarding; provide coaching and career development.
• Establish performance expectations and conduct performance reviews; support succession planning.
