Credit Acceptance is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to partner with executives in developing and managing operating budgets, analyzing spend, and guiding resource allocation for profitability and strategic priorities.
The role requires 8+ years of finance experience, strong budgeting skills, and advanced proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, and Excel, with remote work and periodic travel to the Southfield, MI office possible.

The Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis serves as a strategic finance partner to executive leaders and business owners, providing financial insight, budget management support, and decision-making guidance across operational areas. This position is responsible for helping leaders develop, manage, and optimize operating budgets, evaluate spending decisions, and align financial resources with business priorities. The role also leads the management, maintenance, and evolution of tools and processes that support disciplined budget governance, effective resource allocation, and the Company’s overall financial planning and analysis objectives.
Target Compensation: $175,000 – $192,000 base salary + annual bonus
This position is not currently open to individuals who require sponsorship now or in the future to work legally for Credit Acceptance, such as H-1b / H-4 or F-1 OPT visa holders.
