Job summary

Foley, Incorporated in Piscataway, NJ is seeking a Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and cash flow management. You will partner with senior leaders to provide financial guidance, drive decision support, and deliver actionable recommendations for growth and profitability.

The role requires mastery of financial modeling, variance analysis, and KPI reporting, with advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and ERP/FP&A systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field required.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, CMA, or equivalent advanced credentials preferred.
• 8-12+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Strong partnering with senior leaders and influencing business decisions.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, modeling, performance management and financial statement analysis.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, ERP/FP&A systems (D365/Vena) and Power BI proficiency.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead the annual budget, quarterly forecasting, long-range financial planning, and cash flow forecasting processes.

• Develop executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and management presentations to deliver meaningful business insights.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, IT, and Operations to improve data quality, financial transparency, and organizational performance; perform additional duties as needed to support evolving business needs.

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field required. MBA, CPA, CFA, CMA, or equivalent advanced credentials preferred.
• 8-12+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related financial disciplines.
• Strong track record of partnering with senior leaders and influencing business decisions.
• Advanced expertise in financial planning & analysis, including financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and financial statement analysis.
• Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, ERP/FP&A systems (preferably D365 and/or Vena FP&A tool), and business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage priorities, adapt to changing business needs, maintain accuracy, and deliver exceptional internal and external customer support.
