The first line Finance Risk Management (FRM) function serves as an in‑business strategic risk partner within Finance. The team designs and implements a cohesive risk management strategy and framework to identify, measure, monitor, and manage financial risks while enabling business growth, innovation, and strategic decision-making. We are seeking a Senior Manager – Finance Risk Strategy & Analytics to join Finance Risk Management, reporting to the Head of Strategy & Analytics. This role combines financial risk management, strategic advisory, quantitative analytics, and executive communication. The successful candidate will help shape the firm’s risk strategy while delivering actionable insights on liquidity, capital, market, and balance sheet risks. • Evaluate new business initiatives, products, and emerging opportunities, assessing impacts on the firm’s balance sheet, capital, liquidity, market risk, funding profile, and overall financial risk position.
  • Support digital asset and emerging financial market initiatives by assessing financial risk implications, conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses, and partnering with stakeholders on new products and strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct peer benchmarking and industry surveillance to identify trends, emerging risks, and opportunities that may affect the firm’s risk profile or strategic direction.
  • Prepare executive‑level presentations and recommendations for senior management, governance committees, and regulators on risk management capabilities, exposures, trends, and potential remediation actions.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and automation to improve reporting capabilities, increase efficiency, and support a scalable risk management framework.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects in support of Finance, Treasury, and firmwide strategic priorities.
  • Conduct macroeconomic surveillance and risk monitoring, identifying emerging risks driven by economic, market, regulatory, and industry developments.
  • Develop and enhance executive financial risk dashboards, reporting, and analytics that provide actionable insights into exposures, concentrations, forecasts, sensitivities, and cross‑risk impacts under various scenarios across legal entities and business units.
What you have

  • Experience with capital, liquidity, market, and regulatory risk management practices.
  • Knowledge of Enhanced Prudential Standards and other applicable regulations.
  • Familiarity with balance sheet management, funding strategies, and financial risk measurement.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Ability to translate complex business challenges into structured, data‑driven analyses.
