Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Manager, Solution Delivery in our Finance Operate practice in the United States. You will lead the growth of our Controllership/Record-to-Report managed services for the Consumer Industry, guiding solutioning, mobilization, and delivery end-to-end.

You will build senior client relationships, oversee opportunity progression, and mentor teams while driving automation, standardization, and go-to-market efforts across the practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 12+ years of accounting, financial reporting, controllership, or R2R experience.
• 8+ years in managed services, shared services, outsourced delivery, or finance operations.
• 8+ years in the Consumer Industry or serving Consumer clients.
• Demonstrated experience leading solutioning, transition, mobilization, or delivery for finance managed services.
• Experience leading business development activities, sales pursuits, proposals, client presentations, or RFP responses.
• Experience managing senior client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel 50%, average based on work and clients served.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead shaping of managed services solutions for Controllership/Record-to-Report opportunities in the Consumer Industry.
• Lead business development activities, proposals, client presentations, and RFP responses for Finance Operate opportunities.
• Own finance operate opportunity flow for the Consumer sector, including pipeline visibility and mobilization handoffs.
• Oversee engagement mobilization, delivery governance, transition planning, and service management.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, automation, and tech enablement across engagements.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and Deloitte leaders.
• Mentor and develop team members while contributing to Finance Operate growth and GTM activities.
