Position Summary...
Are you passionate about using data to create value in high-impact roles? As a Senior Manager in Ecommerce Finance, you will support multiple eCommerce teams, including Site Merchandising, eComm Strategy, Search, and Item Integrity. This role is responsible for leveraging our vast datasets to uncover actionable insights, drive solutions to complex business challenges, and create engaging data visualizations to communicate findings effectively.

About the Team
Our Ecommerce Finance team operates at the forefront of data-driven decision-making, supporting various eCommerce functions. We are dedicated to optimizing business performance through strategic financial planning and analysis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in aligning our financial objectives with our business goals, ensuring the success of our initiatives.
What you'll do...
  • Provide input for business decisions by producing financial models that translate non-financial metrics to financial metrics, incorporating assumptions, identifying tradeoffs, and known risks.
  • Prepare presentations and other supporting materials for recommendations and participate in business case presentations to senior and executive management.
  • Partner with Finance (Merch, Marketing, Marketplace, Operations, etc.) and Analytics teams to identify opportunities for optimization or automation in existing processes.
  • Share insights on relevant historical trends and expected future events, including financial planning, reporting, and forecasting related to digital campaigns and omni events such as July & October events and Holiday.
  • Leverage big data to uncover actionable insights and drive solutions to complex business challenges.
  • Create engaging data visualizations to effectively communicate findings to senior-level leadership.

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong skills in SQL, Google Big Query, Power BI, or any modern tech stack, with a passion for business intelligence and eCommerce finance.
  • Ability to build a story using numbers, finding new opportunities or patterns to explain the ‘what’ and ‘why’ behind performance.
  • Customer-obsessed mindset, recognizing the art and science behind the numbers.
  • Ability to thrive in constantly evolving, fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to convey insights and findings to senior-level leadership.
  • Strong discipline and organization skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Creativity and resilience, always looking for new ways to approach problems and drive business performance.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence without authority, aligning stakeholders with competing priorities.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
