Role:Senior Project Manager
Location: Remote orMinneapolis MN
Duration: 12 Month Contract
Client: Leading Banking

• 15+ years of progressive project-related experience in financial services and project management
• Financial and Banking Industry Experience with Compliance/BSA/AML/Regulatory Projects
• Ability to apply RBC Program Management Framework
• Expert knowledge of program and project plan development & management, scheduling methodology, Agile, waterfall and iterative methodologies, program and project metrics, analysis, and status reporting.
• Advanced project management knowledge including plan development; scheduling methodology; project metrics gathering, analyzing, and reporting; risk and issue assessment and quantification methodologies;
• Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management background.
• Strategic thinker with demonstrated experience delivering multi-year, complex programs.
• Experience leading programs with high level of value (benefit/cost), and a high level of complexity and uncertainty.
• Familiar with best practices for Risk System development

Has managed:

• Large cross-enterprise programs/projects
• Programs/projects with third-party vendors
• Undergraduate degree in a related field (e.g. business, finance)-preferred
• PMP and/or PgMP certification or equivalent-preferred
