Job Summary

We are seeking a talented finance leader to support our Electronics Controls and Engineering teams within our Lighting segment. This strategic financial partner will oversee analysis, reporting, planning, and closing processes, and support day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include strategic planning, funding options evaluation, trend analysis, and process improvements. This is a remote position with opportunities for on-site collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify growth drivers and develop action plans; prepare KPIs and assist with RCCM process. (25%)
2. Develop scenario models for strategic planning and forecasting. (25%)
3. Contribute to annual planning for sales, expenses, and investments. (25%)
4. Manage monthly expense and capital forecasts with variance analysis. (5%)
5. Collaborate with finance teams to analyze performance and present results to leadership; participate in quarterly strategic meetings. (15%)

Qualifications

• High School/GED required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 6-8 years in finance; MBA or CPA preferred
• Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and technical skills (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, ERP systems)
• Understanding of US GAAP
