Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
• 1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
• 1 year’s supervisory experience.

The Marketplace Finance team plays a critical role in driving financial planning, analysis, and risk mitigation to support business performance. This team collaborates across functions to develop robust financial models, ensure effective controls, and enhance reporting transparency. Members lead multiple projects, communicate key insights to senior management, and contribute to strategic decision‑making. The team fosters a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and professional growth, emphasizing clear communication and strong partnerships. Together, they uphold high standards of integrity and financial management to deliver value and support Walmart’s mission.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
