Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Finance leader in Bentonville, AR to oversee accounting and reporting for Corporate functions, ensuring accuracy across the balance sheet, income statement and cash flow. You will drive external reporting (10-Qs, 10-Ks) and strengthen internal controls and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required with 4 years in finance or 6 years in finance, accounting, or related area; 1 year supervisory experience.
• Experience with US GAAP, SOX, internal controls and audit frameworks.
• Strong communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process transformation and efficiency.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business insights.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or related area. 1 year’s supervisory experience.
