Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Manager/Associate Director of Feasibility Analytics & Insights to lead analytical efforts in Clinical Trial Planning and Feasibility. You will develop data-driven methodologies, tools, and insights to support evidence-based feasibility and enrollment planning across the portfolio.

The role requires 7+ years in feasibility analytics or related fields, strong data integration skills, and experience with Power BI/Tableau.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Data Analytics, Public Health, or related field.
7+ years in clinical trial feasibility reporting/analytics/BI or clinical operations (biotech/pharma/CRO); immunology/inflammation experience preferred.
Experience supporting clinical development or clinical operations.
Strong analytical experience leveraging multiple data sources.
Proficiency in Power BI and/or Tableau.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Dashboard/executive reporting experience.
Strong clinical trial metrics and study operations knowledge.
Competitive intelligence research using ClinicalTrials.gov, publications, conferences, and regulatory announcements.
Experience with CTMS/EDC or other clinical systems; Power Query/Python/reporting automation preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Curiosity and proactive identification of opportunities/risks.

Responsibilities

Lead analytics for feasibility and enrollment strategy across the portfolio.
Develop enrollment forecasts and scenario analyses (country allocation, sites, timelines).
Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for study teams.
Monitor performance vs. feasibility assumptions and identify risks/opportunities.
Improve forecasting via feedback loops between predicted and actual performance.
Assess competitive trial landscape impacting feasibility.
Build and maintain dashboards/reports for trial performance and milestones.
Integrate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Partner with stakeholders to define analytical questions.
Drive automation and standardization of feasibility analytics and reporting.
Prepare executive-level analyses and recommendations.
Support portfolio planning using data-driven analyses and competitive intelligence.
