Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Senior Manager, Facility Management (Americas) to lead the Global Real Estate FM program across a $59M USD regional portfolio in North America and LATAM. You will drive risk mitigation, budgeting, energy management, and service delivery in collaboration with our outsourced provider, CBRE, to keep facilities audit-ready and aligned with business goals.

• Progressive FM leadership experience in corporate real estate or industrial facilities.
• Experience managing outsourced vendor partnerships (e.g., CBRE).
• Education: engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
