Iron Mountain is seeking a Senior Manager, Facility Management (Americas) to lead the Global Real Estate FM program across North America and LATAM. You will collaborate with CBRE to ensure risk management, budgeting, energy programs, and reliable service delivery.

The role requires significant FM leadership experience in corporate or industrial settings, with strong financial acumen and the ability to travel up to 40% across the region. A technical degree is essential and a Master’s is preferred.

Formación

• FM leadership experience in corporate real estate or industrial facilities.
• Budget forecasting, asset capitalization, and FM responsibilities for leasing or owned assets.
• University degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or equivalent (Master's preferred).
• Willingness to travel up to 35–40% across North America and LATAM.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee service delivery & risk mitigation with CBRE and insurers to maintain building systems and maintenance standards across Americas facilities.
• Manage financial governance & budgets; input for $59M USD annual facility budgets, monitor spend forecasts and accruals.
• Engage regional leaders, Audit, Security and Sustainability to deliver capital, response and energy management programs.
• Ensure audit-ready facilities and integrate M&A properties into the FM network; coordinate disaster response with GRE.
