Iron Mountain is seeking a Senior Manager, Facility Management (Americas) to lead the Global Real Estate FM portfolio across North America and LATAM. You will partner with CBRE to maintain building systems, manage budgets up to $59M, and drive energy and risk management programs.

You will work with Regional Operations Leaders, Audit, Security, and Sustainability to ensure compliance, resiliency, and on-time delivery of projects, while traveling up to 35-40% across NA and LATAM.

Competenze

• Significant FM leadership experience in corporate real estate or industrial facilities.
• Strong understanding of expense accruals, budgeting, asset capitalization, and FM duties for owned or leased assets.
• University degree in Engineering or Facilities Management; Master's preferred.

• Oversee FM service delivery and risk mitigation across Americas facilities with CBRE as partner.
• Contribute to $59M USD annual facility budgets, forecast spend, and cost-deferral decisions.
• Collaborate with regional leaders, Audit, Security, and Sustainability to deliver energy, capital, and response programs.
• Ensure facilities remain audit-ready and integrated with M&A properties and disaster recovery plans.
