Business Partnership & Workplace Strategy
  • Serve as the senior onsite Facilities leader, partnering with business leaders and Workplace Strategy to align workplace operations, occupancy, and workplace planning with evolving business priorities.
  • Leverage workplace, occupancy, operational, and financial data to identify trends, provide strategic recommendations, and continuously improve Team Member experience and workplace performance.
  • Build trusted partnerships across HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, EHS, Asset Protection, Workplace Strategy, and Corporate Real Estate to deliver integrated workplace solutions.
  • Exercise sound business judgment by balancing Team Member experience, operational reliability, financial stewardship, and business risk in workplace decisions.
Enterprise Leadership & Functional Excellence
  • Partner with Facilities leaders across the portfolio to design, standardize, and continuously improve enterprise-wide programs, operating standards, and business processes, leading initiatives where appropriate and supporting enterprise priorities across the organization.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to identify trends, share best practices, and improve consistency, scalability, and service delivery across the Facilities function.
  • Help establish enterprise operating rhythms, business reviews, performance metrics, reporting, and governance that improve visibility, accountability, and execution.
  • Foster a collaborative One Team culture by sharing expertise, developing peers, and contributing to the continued maturity of the Facilities organization.
Operational Excellence & Service Delivery
  • Own the safe, reliable, compliant, and day-to-day operational performance of the workplace.
  • Deliver exceptional workplace services through effective management of facility operations, maintenance programs, service providers, landlords, and business partners.
  • Establish service standards, vendor expectations, and operational KPIs that drive accountability and an exceptional Team Member experience.
  • Lead workplace improvements, moves, space optimization initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts that enhance operational effectiveness and workplace readiness.
Financial Stewardship & Capital Planning
  • Own operating and capital budgets, financial forecasting, and multi-year capital planning.
  • Develop business cases and prioritize investments that support operational excellence and long-term portfolio objectives.
  • Partner with Finance and Procurement to optimize contracts, maximize value, and ensure disciplined financial management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, optimize occupancy costs, prioritize capital investments, and reduce long-term operational risk.
People Leadership
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing onsite Facilities team while serving as a mentor and collaborative partner across the broader Facilities organization.
  • Create a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, customer obsession, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop future leaders through coaching, succession planning, and intentional capability building.
Risk, Safety & Business Continuity
  • Partner with EHS and Asset Protection to maintain a safe, compliant, and secure workplace.
  • Lead emergency preparedness, business continuity, and incident response planning.
  • Serve as the primary onsite escalation point for critical operational issues and executive support.
  • Communicate operational performance, workplace initiatives, and business risks to leaders through timely, clear, and data-informed communication.
What You’ll Need
  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in Facilities Management, Workplace Operations, Property Management, or Corporate Real Estate.
