Job summary

MKTG Sports + Entertainment, part of the dentsu family, seeks a Senior Manager, Hospitality & Events to elevate premium guest experiences across global Formula 1 programs. You will design hospitality concepts, manage VIP services, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver flawless weekends for Fortune 500 clients.

In this role you will oversee guest journeys, gifting, transportation flows, credentialing, and on‑site operations, partnering with internal stakeholders to drive consistency

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years in hospitality, corporate events, experiential marketing, or premium guest experience.
Experience supporting high-level corporate events or global programs.

Responsibilities

Design hospitality programs across multiple F1 locations with internal teams and clients.
Develop event plans and timelines for high‑touch hospitality moments.
Oversee VIP support, suite management, paddock coordination and on-site guest needs.
Manage gifting, transportation flows, credentialing, and guest itineraries.
Prepare client-ready materials and lead client/internal meetings with clear timelines.
Identify opportunities to enhance hospitality processes across global programs.
