Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Senior Manager, External Reporting, to join our corporate finance team in Chicago, IL. The role will own the monthly close for stock-based compensation and lead the full implementation of the company’s equity accounting system, while coordinating SEC and Canadian filings.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of accounting experience, CPA, and deep U.S. GAAP knowledge. This fast-paced public-company environment requires strong organization and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
• CPA is required.
• 7+ years of accounting experience, including external reporting at a public company.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting rules is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual SEC filings under Canadian Securities Regulations and the SEC.
• Own the full monthly close for stock-based compensation and SBC-related accounting.
• Lead the implementation of Certent equity accounting system.
• Manage team of external reporting analysts and ensure SOX controls compliance.
