ITW is seeking a Sr. Manager, External Reporting, to oversee the Company’s Technical Accounting, Financial Policies & Procedures and manage the preparation of the Company’s financial filings with the SEC. This position will report directly to the Director, External Reporting and provide meaningful exposure to executive management and to key finance and operations leaders across ITW’s worldwide operations. The role requires a strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and business units. This position is also viewed as a key developmental role, offering opportunities to strengthen leadership capabilities and progress into larger finance leadership roles over time.
The compensation package for the role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $180k- $195k annually. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus. ITW considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, geographic location, key skills, as well as market and business considerations. In addition to a competitive salary, ITW employees in the U.S. are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
