We're looking for a Senior Manager, Executive Initiatives to help drive the Executive Office's highest-priority work and make sure Crunchyroll's biggest leadership moments are thoughtful, focused, and well executed.
Reporting to the VP, Executive Office across strategic projects, executive decision-making, and company-wide leadership programs. You'll help teams sharpen the thinking and recommendations they bring to the President, turn complex topics into clear executive narratives, and take on ambiguous work that needs structure and a path forward. You'll also roll up your sleeves to plan and execute key leadership events and forums, from SMT offsites and VP+ Summits to our company-wide Hackathon.
We are considering applicants available to work a hybrid schedule, with three days each week onsite at our Dallas office.
