Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Manager, Security Risk Engineering to evolve risk management from a cyber-centric model to an enterprise, engineering-led capability. You will own technology risk, third-party risk, risk quantification, and the automation that turns security signals into a single risk view.

As a second line of defense, you will partner with Engineering, Product, Legal and Audit to make risk legible across the business and advance Klaviyo's risk posture with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in information security or operational risk.
• Experience in second line of defense and risk quantification.
• Proven leadership and mentoring ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide risk management beyond cybersecurity.
• Own risk register, taxonomy and reporting cadence.
• Quantify risk in financial terms for executive decisions.
• Build risk intelligence and automation with AI foundations.
• Drive third-party risk automation and oversight.
• Partner with Legal, Audit and business leaders to ensure risk visibility.
